Reporting to the Senior Producer, you are a gamer first and foremost! Your love of mobile, console and PC games are the reason you’re in the industry. You possess a good working knowledge of video game development, Agile & Scrum methodologies and strive for AAA quality mobile games. You are a team player with great interpersonal and communication skills, are comfortable interacting with Engineers, Designers, Artists, Quality Assurance technicians and other disciplines. You are self-sufficient, proactive, motivated, highly organised and diligent. An excellent working knowledge of Jira & Confluence is required for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will work closely with other Producers in supporting the game and Quality Assurance teams on a daily basis.
  • Helping respective departments to improve their internal processes and help drive greater efficiency both internally and externally with other stakeholders around the world.
  • Running daily stand ups and sprint planning sessions where required.
  • Daily monitoring, tracking and updating of tasks via project management tools.
  • Providing coverage for Producers & Senior Producers where necessary.
  • Owning the localisation process in conjunction with external localisation partners to ensure projects are localised and QA localised to time, budget and quality.
  • Working closely with Age Rating providers worldwide to acquire appropriate age ratings in respective territories.
  • Identifying, supporting and supplying marketing assets to marketing and PR departments.
  • Liaising and working with Community managers to support live events. Collation of feedback from players in the community to game teams to drive future game improvements.
  • Manage the development and performance of direct reports.


SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills;
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change, and work effectively under pressure;
  • Scrum Master Certification;
  • Ability to manage competing priorities;
  • Excellent knowledge of issue and project management software (e.g. Jira) and other task tracking tools;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft suite e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • Excellent knowledge of common project management methodologies (e.g. Agile).


EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 - 3 years’ relevant experience in game development and/or project management;
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject or equivalent industry experience;
