We ares currently in search of a Technical Lead for our F2P strategy/combat MMORPG.
Working within a highly experienced team, this person will be the main technical architect of our ambitious strategy MMO, acting as lead developer for the client and overseeing development of the server backend.
We will be developed in Unity and shipped via Steam on PC initially with a later port to console. Target release date (early access) is late 2019.

Qualifications and Priorities
Experienced C#/C++ developer
Expert-level experience with Unity
2+ years of technical leadership experience
Experience developing a game with significant network features
Shipped 2+ games on PC and/or console
Working experience in all areas of game development - systems architecture, tools, networking, graphic pipelines, UI, audio, build automation, etc.
Able to work remotely

Pluses
5+ years game development experience
Experience working on AAA games
Experience working on a continually updated project (games as a service)
Experience with node-based shaders (E.g. ShaderForge, Unreal Material Editor)
Experience developing advanced 2D UI systems
Experience with 3D modelling packages (3ds Max, Maya, Blender, etc)
Shell scripting experience (bash, ruby, etc.)
Experience developing or using cloud based servers (AWS EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, etc.)
